Cancellation & Refunds

We aim to deliver measurable results with every service. However, we understand that circumstances may change.

Cancellation:

  • Clients may cancel services anytime by sending a written request to support@reputationmanage.online.

  • Cancellations made before project initiation are eligible for a full refund.

  • Once services have started, cancellations are reviewed case by case.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued only if agreed deliverables were not initiated or cannot be completed due to our limitations.

  • Partial refunds may be granted for incomplete service phases.

  • No refunds apply once agreed deliverables are achieved.

Timeline:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
