We aim to deliver measurable results with every service. However, we understand that circumstances may change.
Cancellation:

Clients may cancel services anytime by sending a written request to support@reputationmanage.online.

Cancellations made before project initiation are eligible for a full refund.

Once services have started, cancellations are reviewed case by case.
Refunds:

Refunds are issued only if agreed deliverables were not initiated or cannot be completed due to our limitations.

Partial refunds may be granted for incomplete service phases.

No refunds apply once agreed deliverables are achieved.
Timeline:

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
